WE SLEEP ON AVERAGE 7 HOURS PER NIGHT. THE INTERESTING THING IS YOUR MIND NEVER SLEEPS SO YOU CAN USE IT TO ENHANCE YOUR CREATIVITY AND SUCCESS WHILE SLEEPING. HOW?

Do these 5 things in bed, every night before going to sleep.

  1. Read for 15 to 30 minutes. Not work reading but a book that will take you away from work. A good fiction or non-fiction.
  2. List 3 things you did during the day that helped you be a better person and a successful person.
  3. List 3 things you will do tomorrow to be a better person or more successful person in your work.
  4. List 3 people you will help tomorrow.
  5. List 3 reasons you are blessed and fortunate.

If you do these 5 simple things each and every night in bed you will program your mind and become the Genius you already are, but may not quite believe as yet.
