Do these 5 things in bed, every night before going to sleep.
- Read for 15 to 30 minutes. Not work reading but a book that will take you away from work. A good fiction or non-fiction.
- List 3 things you did during the day that helped you be a better person and a successful person.
- List 3 things you will do tomorrow to be a better person or more successful person in your work.
- List 3 people you will help tomorrow.
- List 3 reasons you are blessed and fortunate.
