Example in corporate business. Many organizations survey the engagement of their workforce. When the numbers are low leadership has to improve. It’s hard to manage employee engagement as an output, but you can manage and track your input as a leader. Your 1-on-1 meetings with team members, their achievements that you acknowledge, the feedback you ask for, the failures you admit, and the contrary opinion you truly listen to before planning a decision. Because, without a change of your input, you’ll get no better output!
In Quantum Physics There is keen interest in finding the simplest models—models that replicate a system’s future behavior while storing the least past information. The motivations are twofold. Firstly, from the rationale of Occam’s razor, we should posit no more causes of natural things than are necessary to explain their appearances. In Green, Environmental I-O can mean. All the used or unusable substances which cannot be reused in the same form are called garbage. Applied to Recycling: It is a process in which a material that has been used once is recycled to produce something to reuse.
With computer programming, GIGO is short for “garbage in, garbage out” and is a program’s inability to interpret any received bad data, resulting in incorrect results or a crash. For example, if a program tries to access an improper section of memory, the kernel does not allow it.
